Apartment Management Regulations for International StudentsofInner Mongolia Medical University

ChapterI General Provisions

Article1 TheRegulations are specially made to strengthen management on international students, and create a safe,harmoniousand comfortable livingenvironment, andguaranteelife and security safety of international students in accordance withThe Regulations on Higher Education Institutes AcceptingInternationalStudentsand in combination with actualsituation.

ChapterII Public Security

Article2 It is not allowed to occupy, block emergency exit and escape exit; block, change or damage safety escape marks; move, use ordamagefireextinguisher, fire hydrant and emergency lightarbitrarily.

Article3 It is not allowed to smoke, use open fire and set offfirecrackers and fireworks.

Article4 It is not allowed to connect, damage and change wire and network cable, and embezzle public power; do not contact electricity well and meter plate without permission.

Article5 It is not allowed to use variouselectrical heaters exceeding specified power or poorapplianceswithoutsecurity identifier.

Article6 It is not allowed to damage, change anddecorateoriginal structure and facilities of rooms, public kitchens, activity rooms and reading rooms.

Article7 It is not allowed to store and use inflammable and explosive andcorrosive hazardous articles and prohibited items in the apartment; do not take laboratoryreagentsand specimen back to the apartment.

Article8 It is not allowed toclimbwindows, outer all and line and pipeline.

Article9 It is not allowed to throw from windows.

Article10 It is not allowed to enter roof, well, machine room and basement without permission.

Article11 It is not allowed todismantle, install anddamagelockset, andwatchkeeper shall be informed timely if keys are lost.

ChapterIII Public Heath and Order

Article12 Care for public property and useinternalfacilities properly, in case of failure ordamage, report to property watch keeper timely.If in case ofartificial damage, the person in charge shall compensate according to the cost.

Article13 Care about theenvironmentalhealth, and rubbish shall be put in the specified position; do not paste and send out various adds and leaflet; do not paint, makeengravingand stain walls.

Article14Observedisciplines and obey laws, and do not carry out any inappropriateactivities in the apartment (such as drinking, gambling, pyramidsellingandmissionaryetc.).

Article15 It is not allowed to feed animals.

Article16 It is not allowed to stay out late, all night or put external persons or opposite sex persons up.

Article17 It is not allowed to make noise in the apartment, and do not carry out various assemblies or cultural and sports activities without permission.

Article18 Obey administration of watch keepers and security guards and cooperate withmaintenancework by maintenance personnel.

Article19 Public kitchens, reading rooms andactivityrooms are opened regularly in each day; students shall take care of facilities and equipments during using.

ChapterIVAccommodationAdministration

Article20 Internationalstudents’apartments are administrated by Institute of International Education independently.International students shall receive the rooms and beds arranged, and do not make exchange, occupation or underlease to others; if leaving campus with graduation or checking out for some special reasons, the students shall move out in specified time and return the keys after internal facilities are checked.

Article21 If there are international students live off-campus for some special reasons, they shall submit written application and register in the local police station ofjurisdictioninaccordancewithInterimprovisionson off campus housing for students ofInner Mongolia Medical University.

Article22 During winter and summer vacation, seals shall be pasted for the apartments, and international students shall not stay in the apartments.During the vacation, those who leave school later orarriveat the school earlier for some special reasons shall submit written application to the Institute.

ChapterV ReceptionSystem

Article23 Reception time is8:00—21:00every day, and visitors can enter after they show valid certificate and register in the duty room together with those international students.

Article24 Visitors are not allowed to carry prohibited itemssuch as inflammable and explosive materials, pets and tools.

ChapterV Elevator’s use safety

Article25 Take elevators properly, and do not crowd, push and play.Bicyclesand electric cars are not allowed to enterelevators.

Article26 Do not take elevators in case of fire,earthquakeor accident alarm.

Article27 In case of failure, use the calling unit in the elevator for help timely, and do not lever elevator door, hit & press keyboard or climb roof of elevators.

ChapterVI Supplementary Articles

Article28 The Regulations are implemented since distribution date, andApartment ManagementMethodfor International Students of Inner Mongolia Medical College, Security Management Regulations forInternational Students of Inner Mongolia Medical Collegeareabolished.

Article29 The Regulations areconstruedbyInstitute of International Education.
